Born in Arequipa (Peru), in 1982.

Education:
Bachelor of Laws from the Catholic University of Santa Maria de Arequipa-Peru (May 2005), authorised to practice Law by the Catholic University of Santa Maria de Arequipa-Peru (November 2005). He studied in the Master's Programme in Constitutional Law and Judicial Protection at the Graduate School of the National University of San Agustin (2005-2006). In November 2008, he obtained an Advanced Studies Degree in Public Law at the University of the Basque Country / EHU.

He is currently finishing writing Doctoral Thesis under the Doctor of Laws Programme (Current Problems of Public and Private Law in 21st Century Europe) given at the University of the Basque Country / EHU.

Professional Activity:
Legal Advisor at the Armaza Galdos Law firm (2003-2006); Professor of the subjects "Legal Liability (I)" and "Legal Liability (II)" in the Inter-University Master's in Bioethics, III Cycle 2008-2009, Universities of the Basque Country, La Laguna, Las Palmas of Grand Canary, Saragossa and Rovira i Virgili; Research Fellow (FPI) at the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science (2006-2008).

Member of BBVA Foundation the Inter-University Chair- Provincial Government of Biscay, in Law and the Human Genome, University of Deusto-University of the Basque Country/EHU (2006-Present) and Researcher in Training in Practices at the Department of Public Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of the Basque Country/EHU (2008-Present). Actively participated in organizing courses, seminars and conferences, both national and international (2001-Present).

Awards:
Best Monograph and Presentation at the I Inter-university conference on criminal law, held in the city of Arequipa on may 19, 2001, organized by the Manuel de Rivacoba y Rivacoba Criminal Sciences Institute.

Research Activity:
Research activity has focused on: CRIMINAL LAW: Theory of punishment, legal theory of crime (action, justifications, guilt, unenforceability of other behaviour, etc.), circumstances of crime (recidivism), specific crimes (crimes against individual personal assets--especially life--crimes of corruption). BIOLAW AND BIOETHICS: Human nature, value of life, equality, euthanasia, abortion, animal rights, genetic manipulation, cloning.Publishing and Seminars:
Has coordinated several publications on which he has also been a contributor by presenting scientific articles, as well as translations from English, Italian and Portuguese to Spanish. He also participated as a speaker in several seminars and conferences organized in Spain as well as in Latin America.
